Move-in Day
Setup grew up. A brand-new Discord gets its roles, channels and permissions built in a couple of clicks, and Hootus moves in with welcome posts, sign-up buttons and a DM to get you going.
2 New
Set up your whole server in two clicks
Brand-new Discord? The wizard builds it all: every role, coloured and ordered top to bottom, and a full set of categories and channels, each locked to the right people. No dragging roles, no wrestling with permissions.
Hootus moves in
Finish setup and the roost comes alive: a welcome post with a one-tap verify button, a pug sign-up board with an apply button, a help channel, and a private DM walking you through what to do next.
2 Improved
The wizard knows a fresh server from an old one
Pick brand-new and Hootus builds everything for you. Pick already-going and it just maps what you have, and offers to make only the roles you are missing. Fewer steps, no empty pickers, and the review shows real names instead of ID gibberish.
A nicer front door
The flavour picker wears its expansion art, the loading screen hoots WoW jokes while it works, and new arrivals land on a welcome that shows them exactly where to click.

Channels that actually lock
Provisioned channels get their permissions set the moment they are made, so officers see officer channels, raiders see raid channels, and everyone else stays out. And /raid create drops your raid in the raid channel like it always should have.
