Apply to the guild without leaving Discord

The Apply button on the recruitment board now runs the whole application right here, no website trip. If you have pugged or verified with us, Hootus already has your character and skips straight past it. A couple of easy questions and you are done.

Approved and already on their way

When an officer hits Approve on an application, Hootus now DMs the applicant their own personal invite link on the spot, instead of anyone chasing down a static one. Closed DMs? The officer gets the link to pass along.

Only take who you are after

A new switch lets you accept applications from any class, or only the classes and specs on your recruiting list. Flip it on and everyone else is gently turned away, on the website and in Discord.

Boards that say one thing per line

Tidied both recruitment displays. The sign-up post drops the '22/25 signed up' clutter for a plain spots-open count with a traffic light: green for room, amber when it's filling, red only when a raid is truly full. And on the recruitment board, a whole-class need just says '1× Warlock' instead of tacking on 'any spec'.

Bumped each class and spec line on the recruitment board up to heading size so they actually catch the eye, and kept the guild crest that ties it all together.

The recruitment board actually looks the part

That little recruitment board was a sad grey line. Now it wears the guild name and crest, calls out how many spots are open, and lists each class and spec you want with its own icon. Hard to miss.

Your apply page, dressed up

Give your apply link a proper name (yourguild instead of a long number) and write a real welcome for it. Recruitment can pen a description in the settings and it renders right on the page, above the form.
