Hootus asks Discord for a lot less about you

He was still requesting permission to read every message in your server and to watch who is online, and had never once used either. Both are gone. He now only asks for the things he actually reads.

Commands stopped turning up in your DMs

Nearly every command needs a server to work in, but Discord was still offering the lot of them in direct messages, where they only ever replied with an error. They are server-only now, apart from /help, /ping and /version. Setup and dashboard also stopped appearing for people who cannot use them.

Raid pages stopped opening for other servers

Anyone signed in to Hootus could open another guild’s raid page by guessing the number in the address bar. Now it either offers to switch you to that server, if you are actually in it, or tells you there is nothing there for you.
