Know Your Pug
Every character gets a proper armory page, no login, so a pug who signs up is one click to size up instead of squinting at another site. Quiet pugs keep the sign-up role instead of getting stranded, Hootus nudges you to promote the regulars, and one command or button DMs the whole opted-in pug pool about a raid.

Notify the pug pool from the planner
The website planner has a Notify PUGs button now too. Tick one raid or several, hit go, and Hootus DMs the opted-in pugs about each of them, the same on-demand ping as /raid notify, with a multi-select so you can rally the pool for a whole raid week at once.
Ping the pug pool whenever you like
A new /raid notify command, plus a Notify PUG pool button on the recruit links, DMs the opted-in pugs about a raid on demand instead of only when it first goes up. Pick the raid, tap once, and everyone who opted in and has not already signed up gets a nudge with a sign-up link.
An armory page for any character
Hootus now has his own armory: gear, spec, item level, race and guild for any character, pulled live from Blizzard, no login or guild membership needed and working across realms and flavours. Pug sign-up cards and the gear command now link here, and if a character has raided with us their history shows too.
A nudge to promote your regulars
Hootus counts how often each pug raids with you. Once someone hits the mark (three runs by default, set your own in settings) he gives the officers a quiet nudge to consider promoting them to Guest. He already knows who is loyal, so he does the remembering for you.

Quiet pugs get a perch, not the boot
When a pug goes quiet, Hootus no longer strips their role and leaves them staring at a blank server. He slides them onto the raid sign-up role so they can still see the sign-up channel and jump back in anytime, with a friendly note to say so. Nobody gets kicked, and the branch stays open.
