1 New
Spin up a pug raid in a couple of taps
New /raid quick: pick the raid and Hootus posts a public pug raid straight away, opens signups, pings the opted-in pool, and hands you the comms invite link to share in game. It skips the softres and notes prompts of the full create flow, for when you just want a group going now.

Proper instance names and Gruul plus Mag as one night
Cancelled raids no longer count toward your totals or fill rates. SSC and TK now read as Serpentshrine Cavern and Tempest Keep, and since Gruul and Magtheridon are cleared the same night they sit together as one "Gruul + Mag" line instead of looking half empty apart.
Loot per raider, fill by instance, and a clearer reliability column
The raiders table now shows how many items each person won, so you can see who has been fed alongside who shows up. Fill rate is now broken out by instance, so a Karazhan that always fills and a Tempest Keep that never quite does sit side by side, and the "show %" column is now called reliability since it only counts the nights you were slotted to play.
The old raid history came back
Rather than draw a blank over every run from before voice attendance existed, Hootus rebuilt the ones we could stand behind: real runs that closed out or logged loot, with everyone who signed up firm marked present. A raid now counts the moment it has an attendance record, old or new, so the season reads as a whole story instead of starting in June.
Raid page now answers what you have vs who shows
Class became class coverage: every class in the guild with how many actually raided this window, so a thin spot like two warlocks with one raiding jumps out. The raiders table now links each name to their armory and counts a benched, tentative or absent raider as exactly that, and there are new seven-day and all-time views alongside 30, 60 and 90 days.
The fill chart shows the pug story
The per-raid fill chart now stacks who turned up: guildies at the base, pugs on top, and the gap to what the raid needed above them, so you can read how hard you leaned on the pug pool each night. Hover any raid for its full card, and the show-up maths is right now so eleven of twelve reads as ninety-two percent, not a hundred.
The raid page tells you something now
Rebuilt raid analytics around what an officer actually opens it to know. Fill rate is one hoverable bar per raid, new tiles split guildies from pugs so you see how much you lean on the pool, and the reliability table finally tells a no-show from an excused absence, a tentative or a bench.
Hootus found his voice
Freshened every message in the raid-ping flow, the ask, the yes and the no, the ping itself, the thank-you and the quiet-week note, so Hootus sounds like himself: a bit of owl, a bit of cheek. Same info, more personality.
Two ways to sign up, straight from the ping
Raid notification DMs now hand you both a web sign-up link and a Discord one, take your pick. And saying yes to raid pings now also gives you the sign-up role on the spot, so you can jump into the sign-up channel and grab a run without waiting on anything.
The armory reads their character, not your roster
The public armory dropped the guild-only bits that meant nothing for an outsider (attendance, raid history, the Unlinked tag) and added what actually matters when you are sizing someone up: their health, primary stats and armor, plus their off-spec when they run a second one.
The armory shows the full picture
The public armory page now renders gear like the member view does: real item icons with tooltips on hover, and an audit that flags missing enchants, empty gem sockets and bare slots. Handy for sizing up a pug at a glance, no login required.
Quick raids go off right now
/raid quick no longer asks for a date or time. Pick the raid and Hootus schedules it for right now, posts it public, and leaves it open so you can rally pugs over comms and hit start whenever the group is ready.
5 Fixed
Raid numbers stopped counting the untracked days
Attendance only started recording who really showed on 20 June, so any all-time rate before that leaned on empty data. The raid page now counts attendance only from that date on, raider names link to the right realm, class coverage counts alts too, and commitment reads as one clean bar.
Chased off a ghost worker
Some returning visitors had a leftover background worker from an older setup, quietly logging 404 and 500 errors in the browser console. It never affected anything you could see, and Hootus now clears it out on the next visit.
The analytics stopped fibbing
Swept every analytics tab for tiles that looked real but were not. Soft-reserve fulfillment now matches on who actually won the item, fairness counts everyone who raided rather than just winners, loot sorts into the week it truly dropped, and joins and leaves read straight from the roster.
The sign-up button lost its confusing tick
The raid-ping DM's web sign-up button had a checkmark on it, which read like something was already done rather than a link to go sign up. Dropped it, so both buttons just say what they do.
Pugs can sign up, applicants wait for approval
Pugs now also get the raid sign-up role, so anyone on comms can see the sign-up channel and grab the next run. Fresh applicants coming in on a sign-up link stay applicants, they only pick up the PUG role once an officer approves them, so nobody skips the queue.
