Roll calls, for when the question is a tier and not a raid

You have been making a fake raid to ask who is sticking around for the next phase. It worked, sort of, except it capped at 25 so the twenty-sixth person got shown as overflow, and it kept nagging everybody about a raid that was never happening. `/rollcall new` takes a title and a description and nothing else. No instance, no date, no cap, no lockout. People answer with the same buttons they already know, so you get the roster grouped by class with everyone's spec, and Absent means they are not coming rather than they missed something. Close it when you have your answer and Hootus posts the tally where your officers can see it, including how many raiders still owe you a reply.

The planner stopped shoving the wrong link at you

Every public raid opened with a bar across the top of the planner showing the website signup link, which is the one link you cannot paste into somebody else's Discord. The bar is gone. There is an Invite links button in the planner header instead, and behind it are all three doors in the order you actually want them: the sign-up invite for advertising a spot, the comms invite for grabbing a replacement mid-raid, and the website link last for people already here. Each one says what it does to whoever follows it, and the comms invite is on the web for the first time.

Away told guests it worked when it did not

Anyone the owl had a record of could set themselves away, guests included, and it looked like it took. Only members ever got marked absent on upcoming raids off the back of it, so for everyone else it was a quietly broken promise. Away now says plainly that it is for guild members, and says so before you set it rather than never.

A practice raid now hands out its links, like the real thing

The whole point of a test raid is showing somebody how a raid works, and Hootus was skipping the interesting part. No invite links, and no button to open it to PUGs, so the one thing new officers most need to see was the one thing they could not. Both are back. A [TEST] raid now behaves like any other raid right up to the door, and still stays off the public board, out of attendance, and off everyone's notifications.
