Every ping Hootus sends you, in one place

`/notifications` now covers both halves. `dms` is the reminders he sends you privately, sorted by category so you tick what you want. `tags` is the channel pings for group content, same picker as before. `/tags` on its own has retired, and the Notify me button on the group board still opens the same thing.

A stop button on the DM that annoyed you

Raid reminders, the tentative nudge, the PUG thank-you and the group updates now arrive with a button that turns that kind off, right there, no command needed. Decisions on your application, verification and support replies do not get one, because those are answers to something you asked for.

The planner got its missing buttons back

Attendance is one click from the planner header, with a Mark the rest control for whoever never got ticked. Auto-place fills the empty seats, a signup can offer an alt, and the composition targets are editable per raid. The buff panel is back too, and it reads the lineup you have actually placed.

Raid logs, on the raid they belong to

Attach a Warcraft Logs report from the planner, see which bosses died and who was in the fights, and settle the rows where the log and the attendance disagree. Hootus has been reading logs from your log channel for a while. This is where you look at what he found.

Your guild page, in search results or not

Public guild pages have been reachable by search engines. That is now a setting, under LFG settings, on by default and off in one click. Switch it off and the page stops being listed and asks to be dropped from the index.

Reopen an application, or just leave a note

A decision you want back is one button now, with a reason for the officer log. And you can add a note to an applicant without having to decline them first, which was the only way to say anything before.

Saying you have no logs yet

A guild asking for logs used to leave anyone without them stuck at the form. There is now a box for it, so a first-time raider can apply and say so honestly.

The privacy page mentions the people who run Hootus

Keeping the bot working and answering tickets means the people who run it can see across guilds. That was always true and was not written down. It is now, and that access is logged.

Guilds with a lot of tags can pick them again

Discord only shows 25 options in one menu, and a guild with more tags than that got a picker that refused to open. It now pages, and only the page you are looking at is touched when you save, so nothing goes missing off the end.

Turning off the soft-reserve nudge turns it off

The switch existed, was saved, and was read by nothing. The reminder went out either way. It now does what the label always said.

A guild that removes Hootus stops hearing from Hootus

DMs do not need a shared server, so a raid reminder could still land in someone's inbox on behalf of a guild that had already removed him. Every scheduled job now checks he is still there first, and a removed guild no longer turns up in the switcher, the setup claim, or the public apply page.

A reminder he could not send is no longer marked sent

If Hootus could not see the server, he ticked the reminder off anyway and nobody ever got it. He now leaves it alone, so it still goes out once he can.

Tier progress gets asked for, and kept

Discord caps a form at five questions, so tier progress was being folded in with previous guilds, thrown away, and then marked as answered so nobody ever asked again. It is now its own question, and if it did not fit on the form Hootus offers to take it right after you submit.

No more applicants from the realm called unknown

When a realm could not be worked out, Hootus wrote down the word unknown and then went looking for a realm by that name. He now checks the realms your guild actually spans, and leaves it blank rather than inventing one.

One open application at a time, on the web too

Applying through Discord already stopped you doubling up. The web form did not, so the same person could sit in the queue three times. It now says you already have one open, same as Discord.

Loot imports read your dates the way you write them

A Gargul export with 03/04 was read as the fourth of March or the third of April depending on the number, sometimes twice in one file. It is now day first throughout. Item links follow your guild's expansion, a comment at the top no longer breaks the whole import, and soft reserves survive a comma-separated export.

Moving someone into groups 5 to 8

A 25 has five groups and a 40 has eight, and Discord was refusing anything past four before Hootus even saw it. Also tidied up: a template that does not fit now says so instead of quietly using the defaults, and /character add stops accepting a class that does not exist.
